Main engine inspection
Dimensional and visual inspection of cylinder liners, pistons and piston rings in large two-stroke marine engines. Complementary methods document component geometry and surface condition to support maintenance planning.

- VLI · Internal liner photographs with Omega VLI.
- VRA · Piston crown and piston ring photographs with Saturn.
- PRG-CT · Ring groove clearance and coating thickness.
Marine manpower and service support
AJP Marine receives enquiries for onboard service support and marine manpower. We arrange attendance with service providers according to the scope, location and vessel schedule.
Required skills, team composition, duration and availability are reviewed for each enquiry and defined in the proposal.

Our main office is in Rio Grande, home to the Port of Rio Grande in southern Brazil. Our operational back-office is in São Paulo, Brazil.
We focus our vessel attendance on South America and can mobilise for vessel attendance worldwide.
Each attendance is planned around the vessel’s port calls, access arrangements and service requirements.
